Do you resize rings?

 Please see size conversion chart link featured below and refer to this for sizing – you can ask in a local jewellery store regarding your ring size and I can convert the size to UK sizing for you.

 I can resize certain rings from the Memento Mori Collection 2 sizes up or two sizes down from its current size listed on the shop. If you have any further requirements, please do not hesitate to contact me via the contact page and I can inform you if your desired design could be available in your size.

 Do you accept Returns and Refunds?

 Due to the nature of my business FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. However, I am very happy to offer an exchange or credit note. Please contact me at cath@bardojewellery.com for any questions or concerns regarding your order.

 You as the purchaser will be required to pay any shipping fees to get the item(s) back to us but I can cover shipping back to you.

 I am happy to work with you on any issue and hope to provide the best customer service.

 How long is the Delivery?

Jewellery bought directly from my website will be posted within 3 – 5 working days, First Class Signed For (within the UK).

I also offer International Delivery to most countries; these items will be posted within 3 - 5 working days, however the time frames for delivery vary depending upon Country. Please contact me if you are unsure if I can send items to your Country and if you would like to know the approximate time frame before purchase.

Please allow approximately 2 - 3 working weeks for resizing as these are new casts and approximately 2 – 3 working weeks for items that are made to order.

These time frames are based upon me being back in the UK. When I am in Nepal, these time frames will be extended; if you are unclear how long your item will take to be posted or made, please do not hesitate to contact me.

 Do you offer a Bespoke service?

 I am very happy to assist if you have any additional requirements regarding design changes or additions to current designs I have. We can discuss any other enquiries you may have by emailing me at cath@bardojewellery.com

 I cannot promise any quick alterations due to the nature of my business, but I will always try to do my best while I’m back in the UK and will quickly respond to enquiries while in Nepal.

 How often are you in the UK?

 I plan to be in the UK every 3 – 6 months and can take enquiries throughout the year as I work remotely also. I hope to give the best customer service and have a beautiful, reliable team here in the UK who can also assist with my enquiries.

 Do you offer Jewellery Tuition?
